Purpose of Inspection
The purpose of the inspection is to assess and identify the presence, extent, and potential causes of microbial exposure or contamination in the building.
Scope of Inspection
Comprehensive visual assessment of the building envelope for physical factors conducive to poor indoor air quality, microbial growth or contamination (e.g., water or moisture intrusion, ventilation, structural damage).
Non-invasive sampling, which may include:
• Air samples (one outdoor base/control sample)
• Swab, bulk, carpet, or tape lift samples
Inspection is limited to readily accessible areas considered safe for inspection procedures.
The inspector will not move furniture, appliances, or remove floor or wall coverings.

Inspection Details and Description
Limitations of Inspection
The inspector is a State-licensed Mold Assessor and not a Certified Industrial Hygienist.
The inspection is not exhaustive or all-inclusive, and no guarantee or warranty is offered due to the nature of the service provided.
Environmental variables (e.g., weather, ventilation, structural damage) may cause conditions and assessment results to change from day to day.
Reports include laboratory findings and observations but are not legal or medical conclusions.
Sampling Limitations
Samples represent only the areas tested. Lab analysis identifies microbial types and concentrations from those samples.
Additional samples may be taken as recommended by the inspector for an added charge with prior client consent.
Report of Findings
A written report will be provided after receipt of laboratory results, which will include:
Microbiology laboratory analysis and interpretations
Inspection findings and visual assessment
Recommended remediation protocol and corrective actions and procedures.
Payment Requirement & Refunds
A deposit or full payment may be required to schedule an inspection.
Invoice will be provided after completion of inspection.
Payments can be made via Stripe, QuickBooks, or authorized booking platforms.
All fees must be paid in full prior to submitting samples for laboratory microbiology analysis.
Turnaround time and laboratory processing begin only upon receipt of full payment.
Once a mold inspection has been completed and environmental samples have been collected and submitted to the
laboratory for analysis, NO refunds can be issued.
This is due to the irreversible cost associated with professional
time, laboratory processing, and analysis incurred immediately upon sample submission.
To receive a full refund of your deposit, inspections must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to your
scheduled appointment time.
You may cancel using the cancellation link provided in your confirmation or
reminder email, or by calling our office during business hours.
Same-day appointments are not eligible for deposit refunds. One courtesy reschedule may be granted
at Air Test Techs’ sole discretion.
Gift-Inspections Terms
This pre-paid mold inspection gift is valid for one standard residential property within Central Florida.
( inspection for properties outside this area may incur additional travel fees)
The inspection must be scheduled by the recipient within 12 months of purchase.
The purchaser or recipient is responsible for booking inspection online or calling Air Test Techs. for assistance.
This purchase is non-refundable once completed.
Scheduling is subject to availability.
The inspection includes up -to 3 air and surface samples , additional samples may be purchased if needed.
The inspection is limited to inside property living spaces, attics and crawl spaces will cost additional fees.
Certificates have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for other services or resold.

By submitting any form on our website, you consent to receive communications from Air Test Techs via:
SMS (text messages)
Phone calls
These may include appointment reminders, confirmations, and promotional offers.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties, except for
aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.

Intellectual Property
All website content, including but not limited to logos, reports, service descriptions,
documentation, and branding materials, are the property of Air Test Techs and may
not be copied or used without written permission.
Additional Terms and Disclaimers
Air Test Techs, LLC operates as an independent mold assessment provider and is not affiliated with any mold
remediation companies, contractors, or industry-related entities.
Our inspections are conducted impartially and solely for informational and documentation purposes.
Inspection reports may be submitted to healthcare providers, attorneys, insurance companies, landlords, or other third parties at the client’s discretion.
However, any use of these reports for medical, legal, or insurance-related matters is the sole
responsibility of the client and should be undertaken only in consultation with the appropriate professionals.
Air Test Techs does not guarantee any specific outcome from the use of its reports, including
but not limited to insurance claim approval, legal decisions, or health improvements.
The client is solely responsible for interpreting and acting upon the report’s contents.
Air Test Techs, LLC expressly disclaims all liability for any decisions, actions, losses, damages, disputes, or outcomes resulting from or related to the inspection findings, report content, or recommendations provided.
This includes, but is not limited to, health-related concerns, landlord/tenant disputes, or any damages attributed to mold conditions.
No statements made by Air Test Techs, its inspectors, or representatives should be construed as medical advice or diagnosis.
Clients experiencing mold-related health symptoms are advised to seek professional medical attention.
Should Air Test Techs, LLC or any of its agents or employees be requested or subpoenaed to testify in a legal matter, a written agreement must be executed in advance.
The rate for testimony or deposition is $150 per hour, including portal-to-portal travel time.
Full payment is required at least 14 days prior to any scheduled appearance.
Notice of Claims
Claims must be submitted in writing within 10 business days of inspection completion.
The inspector must be given a reasonable opportunity to inspect and respond prior to any corrective actions.
Arbitration Agreement
By accepting mold inspection services from Air Test Techs, the Client (property owner, landlord, property manager, or renter) agrees that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or related to the inspection, report, or services provided shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration.
Arbitration will be conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) or another
mutually agreed-upon body, and governed by Florida law.
A single neutral arbitrator with experience in inspection or environmental services will be selected by mutual
agreement.
If no agreement is reached, selection will follow AAA procedures.
Claims must be filed within one (1) year of the inspection date.
Each party is responsible for their own legal fees. Arbitrator and administrative costs will be split unless otherwise determined.
Standard of Care
This mold inspection will be conducted in accordance with the standard of care expected of competent professionals operating in the same field, locality, and under similar conditions.
The assessment reflects the level and quality of service ordinarily provided by qualified practitioners of good standing, based on accepted Florida SOP rather than individual opinions.
Findings and recommendations are based on actions that a reasonably competent inspector would take under comparable circumstances.
Acknowledgment & Agreement
By submitting payment and scheduling an inspection with Air Test Techs, LLC, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms, conditions, scope of services, limitations, and payment policies outlined in this agreement.
You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to review this information prior to the inspection, and that proceeding with booking constitutes full acceptance of these terms.
Modifications
Air Test Techs reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
